Cuisine: Burgers

Shake Shack
Shake Shack was born in NYC, Madison Square Park to be exact, in 2004. This modern-day “roadside” burger stand is known for using 100% all-natural Angus beef and offers griddled-crisp flat-top dogs, fresh-made frozen custard, crinkle cut fries, craft beer, wine and, of course hand-made shakes.

Pike Restaurant & Bar
Pike Bar is one of Long Beach’s most popular dining and imbibing destinations. Chris Reece, former drummer for Social Distortion, owns the joint and is there most nights either greeting guests or taking to the stage. The menu features an array of delicious item, including locally-famous fish and chips, beefy burgers, salads, sandwiches and more. Most nights feature live music, and breakfast is served on weekends. Belly up to the bar and get an ice-cold beer or, better yet, a handcrafted cocktail. Come for dinner, stay for the live music.
