Haewah Dal

Discover one of Belmont Shore's newest dining destinations and one of the few places in Long Beach serving modern Korean fare. You'll find some cultural staples, such as kimchi, along with some fantastic twists such as quinoa salad and fried oysters. The Stave

A "Stave" are the individual oak slats a cooper uses to craft the sides of wine and beer barrels. The Stave on the Promenade in Downtown Long Beach pays homage to these vessels by offering one of the most extensive whiskey selections in town. The indoor/outdoor upscale destination with its 60-foot angled wood bar features an array of spirits, wines and craft beer paired with snacks, cheese and charcuterie. Definitely the go-to place to imbibe fine spirits and do some small-plate grazing.

BO-beau kitchen + rooftap

BO-beau kitchen + rooftap occupies a 13,722 square foot warehouse in the heart of Long Beach’s downtown historical district on Pine Avenue. The downstairs space, BO-beau kitchen, showcases a stylish dining room service with locally sourced, rustic bohemian fare and an expansive 40-person bar and lounge. rooftap, a play-on-words selected for the open-air roof deck, is a convivial beer garden with peekaboo views down to the bustling streets below. BO-beau kitchen & rooftap features 50 rotating draught taps with an innovative keg line that runs from the upstairs down, giving access to both bars for 100 taps total. The collection has an emphasis on California craft breweries as well as others from around the country. In addition to the eclectic beer lineup is a handcrafted cocktail menu as well as an extensive vodka bar with over 100 varietals.
